Extracting fruits and leaves from nature to use for health is an ancient technique, used in the form of teas, ointments and other natural products. The maceration technique, for example, is one of the most effective and simple when it comes to extracting desirable active principles from some plants and herbs. These properties are almost always therapeutic, as they are extracted from nature. The maceration of plants is usually done using a solvent, which can be alcohol, vegetable oils and even water in some cases. The plant, in contact with this conductor, dissolves and releases its active principles.
New molecules by natural synthesis
Chemical Synthesis of Natural Products is the branch of Organic Chemistry responsible for the isolation and characterization of natural substances produced by plants, microorganisms and algae. His research is aimed at the synthesis of flavonoids, tannins, alkaloids, terpenes, vitamins, enzymes, coenzymes, coumarins, phenols and other substances.

Enfleurage is an artisanal extraction technique, originated in France, which uses fat to retain the essential oils present in plant materials. Such sources are usually petals of delicate flowers, such as roses, violets and jasmine, which are immersed in a layer of fat, housed in rectangular glass boxes or, as in the past, in wooden-framed boxes. In this extraction, the plant material is changed several times for fresher petals, so that the fat is impregnated or saturated with the oil from these flowers. To isolate the oil, the usual procedure is the addition of a solvent to the fat, such as ethyl alcohol, so that the liquid phase resulting from this process must be subsequently subjected to distillation.

It is the liquid preparation obtained by extraction with appropriate liquid in which, in general, a part of the extract, by mass or volume, is formed of the dry plant drug and the rest is related to its solvent. As solvent it is possible to use water, alcohol and hydrolates, those could be processed in percolation,maceration, decoctions and other methods, those methods are used to extract the substance in interest with higher efficiency.

When ionized in the Tesla turbine, vegetable oil is called Ionized Vegetable Oil. The ionized vegetable oil has greater hydration power, reaching the skin cells more easily, reducing the permeation time and allowing the ionized vegetable oil to transfer the assets present in the oil with more efficiency and agility.

A Tesla turbine consists of a set of smooth disks, with nozzles applying a moving fluid to the edge of the disk. The fluid drags on the disc through the viscosity and adhesion of the surface layer of the fluid. As the fluid slows down and adds energy to the discs, it spirals into the center exhaust.

Ozonated Oil
Ozonized oil is a product capable of preserving the therapeutic properties of Medicinal Ozone, thanks to its manipulation made through filters and generators specific for this purpose. Its raw materials can be diverse, such as the vegetable oils that Plantus manufactures.
Ozonized vegetable oil is used in the treatment of pathologies, wounds and other problems caused in humans and animals, whether by fungi, psoriasis, varicose veins, bruises, skin spots, wrinkles, scars, diabetic wounds, ulcers, herpes, burns, eczema , acnes, rectal mucosal infections, candida infections and others. Ozonated vegetable oil is a great fungicide and bactericide, having a large number of indications and a small number of side effects.
Ozonized oil provides anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, and can be used to combat such damage, preserving the skin's youthful and healthy appearance for much longer. In addition, the use of ionized oil helps increase blood circulation, increasing the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the skin, and favoring the release of growth factors, which are molecules that induce skin tissue regeneration. It also increases the production of collagen and elastin, the proteins responsible for the structure and tone of the skin.
